A local lift station was destroyed in a landslide during a severe storm back in early 2016. The station was completely nonoperational and raw sewage was uncontrollably flowing from a broken pipe. In response, Vaughan Company worked together with the local municipality to quickly replace the pump in the downed station in an effort to minimize environmental contamination.
It only took Vaughan Company a matter of days to have a replacement Chopper Pump built and ready to be installed in the downed lift station. At the time of this post (12/01/2016) the station has not experienced any pumping problems or additional landslides!
