Landfill leachate defoamer penetrates into life, bubbles are not returning
In life, garbage is everywhere, whether it is underground or around our life, it is really hard to prevent. Landfill leachate refers to the water contained in the waste from the landfill, the rain, snow and other water entering the landfill, and the saturated water holding capacity of the garbage and overburden layer, and the formation of the garbage layer and the overburden layer. It is a high concentration of organic waste water. A large amount of bubbles are generated during the process, which is detrimental to the membrane filtration treatment and the discharge of harmful gases, and also causes the accumulation of suspended matter.
The causes of bubble formation in landfill leachate
(1) Sludge load is too high
When the water quality changes, the amount of foam tends to increase. If the sludge age is too short or the waste water contains a large amount of surfactant, a large amount of foam will appear.
(2) The foam is brown or gray
Indicates that the sludge age is too long or the sludge is broken and adsorbed on the air bubbles. At this time, the sludge discharge volume should be increased.
(3) The viscosity of the bubble
When the load is too high and the decomposition of organic matter is incomplete, the bubbles are sticky and not easily broken.
The landfill leachate defoamer has several advantages: fast defoaming speed, long antifoaming time, high efficiency, low dosage, non-toxic, non-corrosive and has no adverse side effects. It is very easy to disperse in water and can be well compatible with liquid products. It is not easy to break the emulsion and float the oil.
