Reasons for defoaming of foam concrete：
No.1 The foaming agent has poor foam stability. The main reason for this is that the foaming agent we use uses a low-grade surfactant without using a foam stabilization measure, which causes the foam to disappear too quickly.
No.2 No slurry stabilizer is used in the slurry, so that the foamed light soil slurry has no stabilizing effect on the foam, and the foam can not be strengthened and consolidated after entering the slurry.
No.3 The water-cement ratio is too large, the slurry is too thin, so that the foam floats too fast in the slurry, and the material sinks too fast, both of which will cause the foam to disappear quickly.
No.4 The foaming effect is poor, the bubble diameter is too large, and the unevenness of the foam size is serious, so that the gas in the bubble diffuses too fast.
No.5 The amount of lightweight soil-heavy aggregate in the foam is too large for the slurry to bear, making it sink quickly and bursting the lower foam.
No.6 Material is not conducive to the stability of foam components, and even has a negative role in defoaming.
Specific measures to reduce the defoaming of foam concrete:
No.1 Use a protein-based foaming agent, or improve the poor stability of the foaming agent to achieve high stability before use.
No.2 Stabilizers must be added to the slurry.
No.3 Reduce the water-cement ratio and make the slurry as thick as possible.
No.4 Improve foaming quality, make bubble diameter less than 1mm.
No.5 Control the amount of heavy aggregate, especially the amount of crushed stone and the amount of sand.
No.6 It is better to use the foaming agent together with the stabilizing agent to improve the stability.
No.7 In the formulation process, pay attention to the synergistic effect of each material, improve the stabilizing effect of other materials on the foam, and do not use materials that have an effect on the stability of the foam.
